START-631 Ejaculation Addiction Treatment Center: Tenjin Hagoromo — A novice medical worker (pseudonym "A") supports a hyper-sexed man suffering from uncontrollable sexual urges.

This is Japan's only clinic dedicated to treating individuals suffering from ejaculation addiction—manifesting as excessive sexual desire or compulsive masturbation. Tenjin, a rookie nurse whose own younger brother struggles with this condition, and her senior colleague Oura earnestly confront out-of-control patients and steadfastly administer sexual therapy. Sometimes, they even find themselves brought to climax... A documentary closely following a total of 30 ejaculations.
