SAME-243 Female teacher Karen Ishida was gang-raped and impregnated by the parents of her students.

Karen, whose dream of becoming a teacher has finally come true, is assigned to her first homeroom class. However, her serious nature and the pressure of being a new teacher work against her, and she often goes too far in her caring nature towards her students. This enthusiasm eventually earns her the resentment of some parents who see her as arrogant. And finally, the parents' frustration explodes. After the parent-teacher meeting, Karen is ambushed by the parents and cornered, driven into the classroom, and they force their out-of-control cocks into her as if to say, "We'll shut your arrogant mouths..."
