DSOD-090 Three days of hell, being continuously impregnated with semen until she becomes pregnant. Dressed in white, consumed by madness, Natsu Tojo is subjected to a reverse insemination ritual, being filled with sperm as a priestess of God.

Natsu, a female college student aspiring to be a journalist, accepts an invitation from a photographer named Kuroda to visit the festival of "Harumasu Village"—a place that appears on no map. However, the true nature of the festival is a mad ritual in which the village men impregnate a female sacrifice known as the "Child of God." Trapped and cut off from the outside world by a scheme orchestrated by Kuroda—who is secretly a native of the village—Natsu is captured by villagers consumed by sexual obsession. Inside a mansion with no escape, a harrowing nightmare unfolds; it is an ordeal that will not end until her sense of self shatters and she herself begs to be impregnated.
